Fermentation workshop – Fermentopia

Saving food can be so easy and delicious! Together with other food-saving teams, we are organising a vegetable fermentation workshop in the Markthalle. In collaboration with GreenUp and the Foodsave Banquet Basel, you will not only learn how to preserve vegetables easily, but also why fermented products are so good for your health and how important food saving is for our environment.

In addition to exciting insights into the effects of food waste, we will show you how you can easily prepare your own healthy and delicious fermented food.

Participation is on a donation basis – you give what you can.
