The first session is a joint kick-off for the journey into a life that conserves planetary and personal resources. We will get to know the GoSimple method and take a look at the most important areas that need to be tackled in everyday life.

We start with a topic that concerns us all and is therefore ideally suited for an introduction with getting to know each other: nutrition! Which eating styles really make sense? How do I avoid food waste and why is it so important to preserve the diversity of varieties? We try out new things together and end the afternoon by enjoying our meal, which we have prepared ourselves in a short time.
