Ma come? Ci sono molti trucchetti per garantire un apporto sufficiente di proteine e tutti gli alimenti fondamentali, continuando a mangiare in modo appetitoso senza rinunciare al gusto. Il nostro surrogato\u00a0 preferito \u00e8 il &#8220;LOX&#8221;: salmone affumicato realizzato partendo dalle carote. Ma lo sapevi che \u00e8 molto facile e lo puoi preparare da solo a casa tua?<\/p>\n<p>E non dimenticare 2 cose:<\/p>\n<p>1. I cosiddetti &#8220;sostituti della carne&#8221; vanno bene a volte, ma non troppo spesso (leggi sempre l&#8217;etichetta nutrizionale per orientarti). Prova invece a cucinare in modo diverso: fai pasti eccitanti a base di verdure (e frutta); proprio come molti culture hanno fatto per secoli e preferisci prodotti poco elaborati come legumi, tofu e tempeh.<\/p>\n<p>2. Assicurati di assumere tutte le sostanze e le vitamine di cui il tuo corpo ha bisogno.
