And what are the benefits?  Resource scarcity\, energy transition\, population growth and climate change … these are real challenges for companies\, but they can also offer opportunities. Thomas Künzli shows how the Künzli Group is responding to the new challenges and how the company is realigning itself by means of a shared vision. \nAfter an exciting tour and presentation of Künzli Holz AG\, we will discuss in a short exchange what is important for each organisation in the future and also how we can support each other.
