Through 4 hands-on workshops, weekly fun challenges, local experiences, and community support, you’ll build small, realistic habits that fit in everyday life.

Developed with the University of Basel and supported by the City of Basel, the program has helped hundreds of people embrace a more conscious lifestyle since 2022.
